Start Service and Open a MyHydro Account
Your guide to getting the power you need for your business.
If your business is located within BC Hydro's service area, follow the steps below to start service and open a MyHydro profile.
Note: You can set up accounts in your own name or the complete legal name of your business for opening a business account.
- Start service at your business and open a MyHydro profile if you don't have one yet.
- Gather your move in and move out dates for each address.
- Verify your email address by clicking the link in the confirmation email.
- If installed at an apartment, condo, or workplace, your networked charger may be eligible for a rebate.
