NIKE Inc Faces Class Action Lawsuit Over Misleading Statements
Alleged Misrepresentation and Concealment
A class action lawsuit has been filed against NIKE Inc. (NKE) on behalf of shareholders who allege that the company made false statements and concealed material facts about its business, leading to significant losses.
